Risk Disclosure

This page explains important risks associated with trading and the limitations of Auroli’s journal, analysis and learning tools. It does not describe every risk of every financial product.

Auroli is being developed as a trading journal, analysis and learning platform. Its tools are intended to help you record activity, review decisions and understand trading concepts.

Auroli does not execute trades, hold your investment funds or provide personalised recommendations to buy, sell or hold particular financial instruments.

Lessons, examples and analytical outputs are not an assessment of whether a specific investment is suitable for your circumstances.

Different products carry different risks. Before trading, understand the product, its costs, the potential losses and the protections that apply to your account.

Leverage increases exposure relative to the money committed to a position. A small market movement can therefore cause a substantial loss or trigger the closure of positions.

CFDs are complex leveraged products. Applicable protections, including negative balance protection for eligible retail CFD accounts, do not prevent you from losing the funds in that account.

For other products or account arrangements, losses may exceed the amount initially committed. Check the specific terms and protections with your provider.

Prices can change rapidly or move sharply between available trading prices. Limited liquidity, market closures and technical problems can affect your ability to open or close a position.

The price at which an order is executed may differ from the price you expected. An ordinary stop-loss order does not guarantee execution at the selected price.

Spreads, commissions, financing charges and currency conversion can materially affect results.

Auroli’s records and analysis do not control order execution or replace your broker’s trading platform.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Backtests, demo trading and other simulations are not the same as live trading. Results depend on the data, assumptions and methods used.

Simulations may not fully reflect liquidity, slippage, costs or the difficulty of following a strategy while real money is at risk. Strategies developed using historical results may perform poorly in different market conditions.

Treat simulated results as information to investigate, rather than proof that a strategy will be profitable.

Imported records may be delayed, incomplete or incorrectly classified. Results can also depend on account settings, time zones, currency conversions and the treatment of deposits, withdrawals and costs.

Check journal records against your broker’s statements and report discrepancies.

Statistics describe the data and calculations used. A high win rate, favourable return or low historical drawdown does not establish that future risk is low.

Small samples and incomplete records can give a misleading impression of performance.

If AI features are made available, their explanations may be incorrect, incomplete or based on misunderstood information. A confident answer is not evidence that it is accurate.

Check important statements, calculations and sources independently. Do not treat AI-generated content as a personalised instruction to enter, exit or size a trade.

Descriptions of your trading behaviour are not a professional assessment of your financial circumstances or investment suitability.

A supported connection indicates technical compatibility. It does not, by itself, mean that Auroli recommends a broker or guarantees its reliability.

Check a provider’s authorisation, the legal entity serving you and the protections applicable to your account. Authorisation does not guarantee investment returns or eliminate loss.

Crypto-assets may be highly volatile, and legal protections depend on the asset, service and provider. Do not assume that every product offered by an authorised provider has the same protections.

Third-party interruptions can affect synchronisation and access to information.

Completing a lesson, maintaining a streak or earning an achievement does not demonstrate that you are ready to risk real money.

You do not need to place trades to apply what you learn. Learning activity should not encourage unnecessary trading.

If community features are available, other users’ posts may be incomplete, inaccurate or selectively presented. Another person’s results do not establish that their approach is suitable for you.

Do not copy a trade solely because it is popular or presented with confidence.

This disclosure explains risks and limitations. It does not waive your statutory rights or exclude responsibility that Auroli cannot lawfully exclude.

Read the product information and risk warnings supplied by your broker or other financial provider. Seek advice from an appropriately authorised professional where you need a recommendation based on your circumstances.
