Auroli

LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the conditions for using Auroli’s website and services. Please read them before creating an account.

Auroli is operated by [full legal name and legal form], trading as Auroli.

Registered address: [address and country]
Chamber of Commerce number: [KVK number]
VAT identification number: [where applicable]
Email: [contact email]
Telephone: [business telephone number]

In these terms, “Auroli”, “we” and “us” refer to this operator. “You” refers to the person using our services.

These terms govern your use of Auroli’s website and any services you sign up for. Your selected plan and any additional conditions expressly agreed before registration or purchase form part of your agreement.

We make these terms available before you enter into an agreement, in a format you can save. Creating an account requires your acceptance of the applicable terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You must meet [confirmed minimum age and any applicable parental-authorisation requirements] and be legally able to enter into the agreement.

Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Protect your login details and promptly inform us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to access. Do not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without permission.

Auroli provides tools for recording trading activity, reviewing performance and learning about trading. Available features and limits are described in your plan.

Features described as planned or coming soon are not available unless expressly confirmed. They do not form part of a purchased plan unless the agreement specifically includes them.

Auroli’s service is intended for journaling, analysis and education. It does not provide personalised recommendations to buy, sell or hold particular financial instruments, execute trades or hold client funds.

Trading involves risk. You may lose some or all of the money you invest. Past performance, backtests and simulated results do not guarantee future results.

Any automated or AI-generated explanations may contain errors. Check their assumptions and underlying information. They are not a substitute for professional advice or your own assessment.

Where a connection is available, you authorise Auroli and the integration providers identified during setup to retrieve the trading information described in that connection flow.

The permissions requested, applicable providers and supported platforms will be explained before you connect an account.

Synchronisation depends on third-party systems and may experience delays, interruptions or missing records. Check imported information against your platform statements and report discrepancies.

Your relationship with your broker remains separate from your agreement with Auroli. Connecting an account does not authorise Auroli to place trades.

[Insert the verified procedure for disconnecting accounts and revoking integration access.]

Do not use Auroli for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement of others’ rights or attempts to compromise security. Do not upload malicious software, access information without authorisation or deliberately disrupt the service.

You retain ownership of the journal entries, notes and other content you provide. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and display that content to deliver the features you use.

Submitting private journal content does not grant permission to publish it publicly. If sharing features are available, their audience and visibility controls will be explained before you share.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Avoid including unnecessary personal information about other people.

Free and paid features, where offered, are described before registration or purchase. We will not charge you for a paid plan without your express agreement.

Before a paid subscription begins, we will explain its total price, applicable taxes, billing frequency, duration, renewal conditions and how to cancel. We will provide confirmation in a form you can save.

Cancelling renewal and exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are different processes. Neither removes other rights you may have under applicable law.

[Before offering paid plans, insert the confirmed billing terms, renewal rules, cancellation procedure, access end date and refund arrangements.]

If you are a consumer, applicable statutory rights remain in force.

For an eligible online service agreement, you normally have 14 days from entering into the agreement to withdraw without giving a reason. Any legally applicable exception must be explained before the agreement is concluded.

Starting to use Auroli does not, by itself, mean you lose your right of withdrawal. If you expressly request a paid service to begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge may apply only where the legal requirements are met.

You may withdraw through [withdrawal function], by emailing [email address], or by using [model withdrawal form]. We will acknowledge receipt. Where reimbursement is due, we will make it within the applicable statutory period.

If the service is not supplied or does not meet the agreement, you retain applicable rights to have the problem corrected and, where the legal conditions are met, obtain a price reduction or end the agreement.

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill and comply with applicable obligations concerning functionality, compatibility, security and necessary updates.

Maintenance, technical faults and third-party interruptions may affect availability. We will take reasonable steps to address problems and communicate significant disruptions.

We do not guarantee trading profits, particular learning outcomes or uninterrupted access. This does not remove our responsibility to supply the service as agreed.

Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes your statutory remedies.

You may end your use of Auroli and request account closure through [confirmed closure procedure]. Any subscription cancellation must also be handled under the applicable subscription terms.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these terms. Our action will be proportionate.

Where lawful and reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue or challenge our decision through our contact channel.

Account closure does not remove applicable refund, data-access or content-retrieval rights. Retention and deletion of personal data are explained in our Privacy Policy.

[Confirm the content export or retrieval procedure before launch.]

We may propose reasonable changes to address changes in law, security requirements or the service.

We will explain material changes and their effective date in advance, using a communication you can save where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired.

Any change to an ongoing digital service must meet applicable legal requirements. Where a change gives you a right to end the agreement without charge, we will explain how to exercise that right.

Price and subscription changes must also comply with the agreed plan and applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply.

Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law. These terms do not require consumers to use a court that would deprive them of their statutory jurisdiction rights.

For questions or complaints, contact [email address] or use our contact page. Describe the issue and the outcome you are seeking, without including passwords or broker credentials.

[Insert the confirmed complaints procedure and any applicable dispute-resolution body. Do not claim membership of a scheme unless verified.]
